Summit Outdoors Gear grew out of the desire of our President, Greg Carpenter, to help people stay connected to nature and encourage families to explore our majestic state and national parks.
Greg is an avid outdoorsman and has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America and Order of the Arrow for many years. Some of his earliest memories include camporees with his parents in the woods of Eastern North Carolina.
We are a bunch of happy campers and our customers are very important to us. We have created strong relationships with many of the top gear manufacturers in the world. We strive to bring you quality camping equipment at affordable prices.
